  • Grown by Jon Branstrator

Jon Branstrator is a long time adherant to the principles of regenerative agriculture such as using cover crops and no -till methods. The soil at Jon’s farm has been improved by limiting disturbance and keeping the soil covered with residue and diverse live cover crops between cash crops . This enhances the biological helpers like earthworms and many symbiotic microorganisms. As the biological and physical properties of the soil improve, less synthetic inputs are needed. In turn, the grain and vegetables become more nutrient dense in phytonutrients.

Celebrating 200 years of farming in Clarksville, Ohio, Jon Branstrator continues his family heritage of growing quality produce free of GMOs and pesticides. More about Jon.
